Every pick is scored against a curve of expected points fitted to its draft slot — the market's own view of what that pick was worth. What a manager got above that line is their alpha, shown here as points per gameweek so the numbers stay legible. Single picks are clipped at one standard deviation, so one outlier can't carry a whole draft.

Read this as an award, not a rating. Alpha does not persist: across the two completed drafts the year-over-year correlation is −0.13, and within a single draft the odd-versus-even round split-half is negative. The 2025/26 spread is one a random draft reproduces about half the time. It says who got lucky, and that is worth knowing — it just doesn't predict anything.
